Notes to the Parent Company Financial Statements Note 1 Corporate Information Axactor AB is a limited company and it's registered office is Hovslagargatan 5B, SE-111 48 Stockholm, Sweden and it's shares are listed on Oslo Stock Exchange in Norway under the ticker Axactor. The financial statements were approved for release by the Board of Director on 19 April 2017. Note 2 Summary of significant accounting policies policies have been consistently applied to all the years presented, unless otherwise stated. Basis for preparation The financial statement has been prepared in accordance with Swedish annual accounts and RFR2. The parent Company’s accounting principles follow the same as the Group with exception of the mandatory regulations stipulated in the Swedish Financial Board’s recommendation, RFR “Accounting for legal entities”. Investments In subsidiaries and associated companies Investments In subsidiaries are accounted for using the cost method in the parent company accounts. The Investments are valuated at cost unless Impairment losses. Write-down to fair value Is recognized under Impairment in the Income statement. Segment reporting Axactor AB's activities are currently organized as one operating unit for Internal reporting purposes, thus no segment Information is presented n these financial statements.
