Troughout the year, the Company has sold 85 597 own shares to employees at a total amount of TNOK 3 424, giving an average sales price of NOK 40 per share. As a result of this, the holdings of own shares at the end of the year are 804 shares.

Te nominal value of the share is NOK 1. All shares in the company have equal voting rights and are equally entitled to dividend. Te computation of earnings per share is shown in note 7.
