The EVRY Norway segment reported revenue of NOK 6,607 million in 2012.The segment’s
total revenue represents 50% of the group's consolidated revenue, and 35% of EBITA.

Norway
This segment comprises EVRY’s overall deliveries of consulting
services, business solutions and infrastructure services to
customers in Norway, excluding Norwegian banking and
finance customers since these customers are part of the
Financial Services segment.
EVRY Norway comprises the areas Public Sector, Private Sector
and Regional Services. For reporting purposes, the EVRY
Norway segment includes the group's Global Sourcing activi-
ties, as well as its SAP-related consulting activities in Denmark.
In total, the EVRY Norway segment has 5,897 employees, of
which 2,440 are employees of the Global Sourcing units.
Public Sector
The public sector has set ambitious targets for the future. Both
citizens and businesses should be able to interact with the
public sector more easily, with greater use of self-service solu-
tions. In addition, the public sector is committed to carrying
out its administrative tasks more efficiently so that a greater
portion of its resources can be used for important welfare
objectives.
EVRY Norway recognises the public sector as an important
area of focus, and has accordingly brought together all its
expertise and solutions for national government, municipali-
ties and health authorities into a single market area. This will
help to ensure that EVRY can provide a more unified service
for this customer group, as well as creating the opportunity
to develop targeted solutions that support the strategic ICT
challenges faced by the entire public sector. In total, EVRY has
200 employees involved in and focused on new and innovative
solutions and 24/7 operation for public sector services that are
critically important for society as a whole.
National Government market segment
The National Government market segment comprises al-
most 200 employees and is responsible for deliveries to the
Norwegian Tax Directorate, GIEK (Guarantee Institute for
Export Credit), the Norwegian Public Roads Administration,
the Ministry of Justice, the Norwegian Water Resources
and Energy Directorate, the Norwegian Parliament and the
Norwegian Directorate of Immigration.
EVRY’s vision for government bodies is to deliver profitable
and innovative projects that contribute to greater efficiency
for the Norwegian public sector. Our consultants play a very
active role in projects such as technology-driven change man-
agement and advice for IT service management and strategy.
Our test managers focus on quality at every stage to ensure
that customers can be satisfied that solutions meet the agreed
requirements. We take care to investigate customers’ require-
ments to ensure that they achieve the maximum benefit
from their IT investments. Our focus is on speedy delivery of
quantifiable results for our customers, based on well-proven
methodology and extensive experience. A central feature of
our approach is to involve and transfer expertise to the cus-
tomer's own organisational resources.
The National Government market segment has extensive
expertise in project management, gained fromworking both
as a supplier and by representing customers. We also focus on
ensuring reliable and sound implementation of EVRY’s deliv-
eries in compliance with EVRY’s quality assurance systems
and methodology.
EVRY also has extensive experience in systems administration,
applications operating services and life-cycle management
of applications. In order to support the task of digitising the
public sector, EVRY also has extensive experience in technolo-
gies such as Java and .Net.
Municipalities market segment
The Municipalities market segment comprises around 200
employees who deliver a broad range of solutions intended
for municipalities and county authorities. We are the market
leader in the municipalities market, with deliveries to 428
municipalities and 17 county authorities.
EVRY’s vision for the municipalities sector is to deliver cost-
effective solutions that provide greater access to 24/7 self-ser-
vice solutions for citizens and businesses. EVRY has developed
extensive experience over many years in delivering secure and
reliable operating services for municipalities. This includes
core operating services, added value services and applications
operations. EVRY’s customer list includes the city authorities
of Oslo and Trondheim.
