EVRY’s objective is to be the Nordic leader. The first step towards this objective is to become
the preferred vendor for IT services in Sweden. Despite a challenging economic climate, we
continued to win market share over the course of the year. EVRY is still in the position of a
challenger in this market, but is aggressively pursuing its objective of continued growth in the
Swedish market in order to become the largest Nordic IT company by 2015.

EVRY Sweden
EVRY Sweden reported revenue of NOK 3,307 million in 2012.
This represents 25% of the group's total revenue and 26% of
EBITA.
The Sweden segment comprises EVRY’s activities in outsourc-
ing, consulting and sales of service solutions in Sweden. EVRY’s
activities in Finland are also included in the Sweden segment.
During the course of the year, we adapted our organisational
structure to match the market more closely in order to help
our customers to create added value in their activities in the
best way possible. Following this, EVRY’s activities in Sweden
are now divided into four areas: Regions, Sector & National
Solutions, National Outsourcing Services and Healthcare.
EVRY Sweden has 2,305 employees in total.
Strong growth in a challenging market
In order to achieve our target of being the largest in
Scandinavia, we need to apply our most important competi-
tive advantage, which is the combination of our in-depth
knowledge of our home market customers and businesses and
local presence with our international development resources.
EVRY’s objective is to help our customers to realise the best
possible benefits from their ICT tools. We have a unique meth-
odology that ensures the efficiency of this process. We offer
delivery models designed to meet the needs and expectations
of different types of customers, regardless of their size or the
sector in which they operate.
The global economic slowdown has had a greater effect on the
Swedish economy than on the Norwegian economy. This has
meant that our Swedish customers have encountered more
challenging conditions than many of our Norwegian custom-
ers. Continuing weak global growth and the strength of the
Swedish currency have had a significant negative effect on
Swedish economic growth. This has been particularly marked
for export-oriented companies. EVRY has responded to this
situation by striving to deliver even better products and
services for our customers. We are committed to helping them
achieve their objective of greater operational efficiency.
Thanks to our in-depth knowledge of Swedish industry and
society, we are well placed to meet our customer's commercial
requirements. The pressure to deliver IT solutions that really
do fulfil the customer's expectations makes in-depth knowl-
edge of the customer's business ever more important. EVRY
has responded to this by emphasising the development of its
industry-specific expertise.
We gained a number of new customers in the Swedish market
over the course of 2012. We see this as evidence that our focus
on the Swedish market is proving successful. EVRY continued
to grow over the course of the year, and increased its market
share. EVRY is now the largest vendor of IT services for small
and medium-sized Swedish businesses. The main areas of
growth for EVRY Sweden are operating services and mobility
solutions.
Regions – our regional consulting operation
EVRY’s geographic and cultural closeness to its customers
differentiates the company from its competitors. We are com-
mitted to strengthening and developing our local profile and
regional business model. Through the Regions division, EVRY
offers everything from infrastructure solutions through to
consulting, and works with both the SMB segment and with
large companies.
Regions is the largest division of EVRY Sweden, with some
1,400 employees. Our objective for Regions is to provide a
service that can take over complete responsibility for our cus-
tomers’ investment in IT and support them through the entire
process from identifying requirements through to following
up the outcome. Regions includes EVRY One, which brings
together EVRY’s total services offer for small and medium-size
businesses. This represents a comprehensive offer of solutions,
which allow customers to resolve all their IT challenges.
In 2012, EVRY signed an agreement with the agricultural
purchasing and sales association Kalmar Lantmän to create
a state-of-the-art, user-friendly and flexible IT support ap-
paratus for its activities. The contract includes both a com-
mercial solution and the technical platform for its activities.
