In addition, the solution is fully integrated with Kalmar
Lantmän's other IT systems. The new solution reduces manual
processes and duplication of tasks.
Other customers that signed contracts with Regions in 2012
include SL, Moelven, NHR, Granngården, Viking Beds of
Sweden, Solna Stad and Proton Group.
Sector & National Solutions
– our industry-specialist activities
Our customers want to use a supplier that understands their
business. EVRY meets their expectations with industry-specific
solutions and services combined with in-depth business
know­ledge of selected areas of business. The sectors and
industries in which we operate include Forestry, the Public
Sector and Retail. We have particular technical expertise in the
areas of mobility and HR.
Sector & National Solutions is our industry-specific division,
with approximately 400 employees. Mobility is one of the
most important growth area for Sector & National Solutions.
EVRY believes that mobility is all about delivering commercial
benefits. Our starting point is that mobility should support our
customers’ business strategy and the particular requirements
of their activities. This approach ensures that mobile solutions
deliver results.
Companies interested in introducing mobile access need a
clear strategy that ensures a good user experience without
comprising security or the requirements for handling personal
data. Our objective is invariably to create seamless and com-
petitive mobility solutions for our customers. Accordingly,
work on a mobility strategy always involves close collaboration
with the customer right from the start.
The equipment rental company Ramirent has worked with
EVRY to develop a unified approach to its mobile strategy.
This has made it much easier to manage the strategy and to
add newmobile units to the company's organisation, as well
as ensuring that the organisation can work more efficiently
with a long-term approach.
Other Customers of the Sector & National Solutions include
Borlänge municipality, Road Cargo, StockholmUniversity and
Stockholmsmässan.
National Outsourcing Services
– our operating services division
EVRY offers a range of solutions for IT operations. EVRY offers
the benefits of local delivery of IT operating services combined
with the economies of scale of offshore sourcing.
Over the course of 2012, National Outsourcing Services contin-
ued to strengthen its market position and increase its share of
the IT operating services market in Sweden. The division cur-
rently has around 300 employees. We see strong demand from
both current and potential customers for an operating services
partner with industry-specific expertise relevant to the Nordic
market that has the ability to deliver services that are competi-
tive in terms of both price and quality. EVRY offers a combina-
tion of services for IT operations. Through its local presence
it delivers operating services close to the customer with the
benefit of the local knowledge that this ensures, combined
with the economies of scale of its offshore resources.
EVRY won major contracts in 2012 for the Swedish Defence
Materiel Administration (FMV) and for the Swedish central
bank (Sveriges Riksbank). In both cases, EVRY has overall
responsibility for IT operating services. EVRY’s assignment for
FMV includes service desk support, applications operations as
well as capacity and operating services for servers, networks
and workstations. EVRY also supplies an advanced security
solution.
The contract with Sveriges Riksbank includes operating and
support services for all of the central bank's operational activi-
ties. The agreement is intended to create further opportunities
for the central bank to concentrate on its core activities while
ensuring access to expertise and a guaranteed level of service
by purchasing services.
Other customers of Outsourcing Services we would like to
mention include Posten, SJ and the Swedish Tax Agency.
Healthcare – our industry vertical for the health sector
EVRY has extensive experience and unique expertise in the
healthcare and welfare sector. EVRY offers integrated services
that support both healthcare and welfare bodies and their
patients.
The Healthcare industry vertical has around 100 employees
who apply their in-depth expertise in health and welfare
services to create added value for customers. We develop,
integrate, implement and manage systems for customers by
delivering unified and effective services. We have elected to
make Healthcare a separate industry vertical to reflect strong
growth in this area in 2012 and the continuing growth we
expect in the years to come.
EVRY started work in 2012 in collaboration with Uppsala
County Council on the EU project known as Sustains. This
project has three main objectives: better medical outcomes,
greater efficiency in the healthcare service, and strengthening
the position of the individual patient.
One of the project’s overall objectives is to give patients ac-
cess to information and services in order to improve their
interaction with healthcare and medical personnel. EVRY’s
role in the project is to ensure integration with the medical
records system, establish security solutions and develop a user
interface that is accessible to individuals who have only limited
experience of using computers.
Other clients of the Healthcare unit include Sörmland County
Council and Region Halland health authority.
