The company has guidelines in place for its communica¬tions
with investors to help define what information should be
regarded as inside information and how this information
should be handled.
The company strives at all times to publish all relevant infor-
mation to the market in a timely, effective and non-discrimi-
natory manner. All stock exchange announcements are made
available both on the company’s website and on the Oslo
Stock Exchange news website at

also distributed to news agencies (via Hugin).
The company’s financial calendar for the coming year is pub-
lished no later than the 31 December. The financial calendar

EVRY holds public presentations for investors in con-
nection with the publication of its interim reports. These
presenta¬tions review the published results, market condi-
tions and the company’s future prospects.
Following each quarterly presentation, the CEO and the CFO
hold further presentations for investors. This represents
an important part of the company’s communication with
inves¬tors, and the objective for these meetings is to provide
both current and potential investors with information on
EVRY’s business, strategy and financial performance.

The group takes a cautious approach in its contacts with
individual shareholders and investment analysts. The com-
pany does not participate in any meetings with investors or
analysts for the four weeks prior to each quarter-end.
Shareholder structure
The largest shareholder in EVRY at the close of 2012 was
Posten Norge AS (Norway Post) which held 40,0% of the
shares, followed by Telenor Business Partner Invest AS with
30,2%. Other than these major shareholders, the share-
holder structure is domi¬nated by Norwegian institutional
investors. Foreign investors held 4.1% of the shares at the
end of the year. The company had 4,120 shareholders at 31
