Arve Johansen
Chairman of the Board
Current employment:Strategy consultant and
chairman of the board.Previous employment:Arve
Johansen has many years’experience fromTelenor,
including experience fromTelenor's international
business.Over recent years,from 2006 to 2009,
Arve Johansen was Deputy CEO and Head of
Telenor Asia.Prior to this,he was responsible for
developingTelenor’s international mobile telephony
business.Arve Johansen has a good understanding
of EVRY from his 20 years' employment withTelenor.
Education:Higher education qualifications from the
Norwegian University of Science andTechnology
(NTNU) and Harvard Business School.Other board

Dag Mejdell

where he held various positions including Executive
Vice President/CFO and President/CEO.Education:
Masters degree in Business and Economics
from the Norwegian School of Economics,Bergen.

International Post Corporation.Deputy chairman of
the board of directors of SAS AB and member of the
board of directors of Hydro ASA and IK Investment

Lisbeth Gustafsson

Current employment:Consultant in the area of
management and organizational development.
Previous employment:Lisbeth Gustafsson has many
years’experience from Digital Equipment AB where
her appointments included HR Director,Marketing
Director and CEO.From 1998 to 2006 she was
employed by Posten Sverige AB,initially as Area
Manager for PostNet (online services),later as sales
director for logistics and mail services.Education:
Graduate of the University of Stockholm in admin-
istration,degree in management from INSEAD.
Other board appointments:Member of the board of
directors of several companies,including SYSteam,
WM-data AB,Prevas AB,Axel Johnson International
AB and Karolinska University Hospital.Member of the
Board since May 2011.
Anders Brandt
Board Member elected by shareholders
Current employment: Partner in IdeKapital AS.
Previous employment: Founder of several compa-
nies since 1987, having launched and subse-
quently sold a number of companies in the areas
of technology, content and marketing.
Education: Copywriter. Other board appointments:
IdeKapital, NRK Aktivum, BrandMaster, Mytos and
others. Member of the Board since May 2008.
Eli Skrøvset

Current employment:CFO of Export Credit Norway.
Previous employment:Eli Skrøvset has 20 years'
experience from Statkraft,where she held a
number of senior management positions, includ-
ing CFO.Prior to this,she worked for the Ministry of
Petroleum and Energy.Education:Masters degree
in Business and Economics from the Norwegian
School of Economics,Executive Management
program at Harvard Business School.Other board
appointments:Member of the board of Avinor AS.

Hilde Ringereide
Board Member elected by shareholders
Current employment:HR Director of A/S Norske Shell.
Education:IT qualifications from NKI Polytekniske
Høyskolen (now NITH) and post graduate
courses from the Norwegian Business School (BI) in
Business Administration and HR Management.Hilde
Ringereide has also completed various Shell training
programs at institutions including INSEAD and the
University of Michigan.Previous employment:Hilde
Ringereide has held several different positions in IT
and HR in the Shell Group since 1984,with several
assignments abroad.Other board appointments:
Hilde Ringereide does not currently hold any other
board appointments.Member of the Board since the
completion of the merger on 30 September 2010.
Jan Dahlström

Eirik Bornø

sentative,Negotia EVRY.Previous employment:
Eirik Bornø has many years’experience as a DB2
systems programmer (IBM mainframe database).
He has also been a premises manager in the
company.Education:Further education college and
qualifications in Administrative Data Processing
from Polytekniske Høyskolen (now NITH),and
in Human Resource Management (HRM) and
Employment Law from Buskerud University
College.Other board appointments:Member of the
Federation Board of Negotia since 2010.Member
of the Board since November 2005.
Sigmund Ørjavik
Board Member elected by employees
Current employment:Head of Department.
Education:Graduate of the Norwegian University of
Science andTechnology (NTNU) specialising in IT
and mathematics.Previous employment:Sigmund
Ørjavik has worked in the IT sector since 1995,with
various positions in both the private sector and the
public sector.He became an employee of EVRY
in 2006 as the result of a corporate acquisition.
Member of the Board since April 2012.
Ingrid Lund
Board Member elected by employees
Current employment: Senior Consultant. Previous
employment: Ingrid Lund has worked in the IT
sector since 1985, with various positions in
both the private sector and the public sector.
Education: Foundation course in law.
Previous Board appointments: Member of the
board of EDB Norway 2000-2005 and member
of the board of EDB ASA 2005-2007. Deputy
member of the board of EDB ASA 2005-2012,
Deputy member of the board of the Telenor
Pension Fund 2006-2011. Member of the Board
since April 2012.
