Terje Mjøs
CEO
Terje Mjøs was previously CEO of ErgoGroup.
Previous appointments: CEO of Hydro IS
Partner AS, various positions in Norsk Hydro
ASA, including Sales and Marketing Director
of Hydro Agri Europe in Brussels.
Education: M.Sc. in computer science from
the University of Oslo, MBA from the BI
Norwegian School of Management.
Eli Giske
CFO
Previous appointments:Accounting and
finance appointments in the offshore and
engineering industry, CFO of EDB Business
Partner ASA and CFO of ErgoGroup AS.
Education: Master’s degree in Business
and Marketing from Oslo School of
Economics.
Knut Morten Aasrud
Head of business area Norway
Previous appointments: Knut Morten Aasrud
joined EVRY from Microsoft, where he was
head of Microsoft Operator Channels
for EMEA. Prior to this, Knut Aasrud was
Managing Director of Microsoft in Norway
for five years. He has also held management
positions in Norsk Data, Siemens in Norway
and Germany, SAP Norway and
SAP Sweden, and as CEO of the software
company Provida ASA. Education: Degree
in computer science from the University of
Oslo and Masters in Business Administration
from the Sloan School of Management.
Niclas Ekblad
Head of business area Sweden
Niclas Ekblad was previously Director - Nordic
region at ErgoGroup.
Previous appointments: CEO of SYSteam,
previously a business area head and CEO of
a subsidiary company at SYSteam.Worked for
SYSteam since 1989.
Education: Industrial Electronics and
Production, Jönköping.
Wiljar Nesse
Head of the Financial Services
business area
Wiljar Nesse was previously Head of the Bank
& Finance business area at EDB Business
Partner. Previous appointments:Wiljar
Nesse’s previous work experience includes
Elkem and AP Dow Jones. He joined EDB
from Manamind AS, where he was the chief
executive and part owner. In addition,Wiljar
Nesse has extensive experience of senior
management positions in IT companies, with
particular focus on IT solutions for the finance
industry. Education: Business econom-
ics graduate of the Norwegian School of
Economics and Business Administration.
Håvard Larsen
Head of business area
Nordic Operations and Global Sourcing
Previous appointments: Formerly EVP -
Solutions at EVRY and ErgoGroup, Managing
Director of TDC Norway,TDC Internodia and
Compaq Norway.
Education: Bachelor in Business
Administration from the BI Norwegian School
of Management. Completed various manage-
ment programmes at Babson College, Boston
and elsewhere.
Morten Søgård
Senior Vice President
Corporate Development
Morten Søgård was previously Head of the
Integration Management Office at EVRY.
Previous appointments: Head of IT Operations
at ErgoGroup and Sales & Marketing Director
at ErgoGroup. Senior Nordic management
positions at CSC and PMSC. Education: Master
of Business and Marketing from Oslo School
of Economics.
