Statement from the Board
of Directors and CEO
We hereby confirm that, to the best of our knowledge, the annual accounts for the
group and the parent company for the period 1 January to 31 December 2012
have been prepared in accordance with the IFRS, the Norwegian Accounting Act and
Norwegian accounting standards, and that the information in the annual accounts
and notes to the accounts gives a true and fair view of the group’s and the parent’s
company’s assets, liabilities, financial position and earnings taken as a whole at 31
December 2012, and that the annual report of the group and the parent company
give a true and fair view of developments, earnings, financial position and the
principle risk and uncertainty factors facing the company and the group.
