program, EVRY is establishing the best and most industrialised
data centre ever seen in Norway. This will form a central
part of the advanced technology that will be the core of the
IT industry of the future in Norway and throughout the
Nordic region. We will transform and migrate customers onto
standard platforms with high quality standards and greater
use of automation and offshoring. The Future Proof program
will deliver a reduction in annual cost base of NOK 340 million,
with consolidation of the data centres and migration to new
modern data centres playing the central role.
In late 2012 and early 2013 we signed three strategically
important contracts with Gjensidige, Posten and Storebrand
which represent total contract value (TCV) of NOK 2 billion.
These new contracts demonstrate that EVRY’s new and
state-of-the-art operating services platform is in demand
and competitive. In carrying out these new contracts, EVRY
will be a proactive and innovative partner in the renewal of
business critical IT services for our customers.
The actions we are taking represent a new and important
step in EVRY’s strategy with the objective of continuing to
strengthen the company's position in the markets in which it
operates and to improve its profitability.
