The number of shares held by foreign shareholders was 80 263 091 or 43.8%. OWNERSHIP STRUCTURE The Board proposes to the general assembly that there will be no dividend to be paid for the fiscal year 2019, the same as for 2018. The Board (unanimous) had a mandate to increase share capital by up to NOK 1 666 278 by issuing up to 16 662 780 shares (par value NOK 0.10). This authorization was valid until the next ordinary general assembly.
