No security was provided to any of the Bank’s employees or any of their related parties in 2020. Some employees have credit card debts to and deposits in the Bank as at 31 December 2020. All employees and their related parties that have the Bank’s credit card and deposit products have these with the ordinary terms and conditions. All permanent employees, a total of 148 people as at 31 December 2020 (140 as at 31 December 2019), are covered by the Bank’s pension plan. The plan is a defined-contribution plan and is covered by Storebrand. The Bank is obliged to have an occupational pension plan in accordance with the Compulsory Occupational Pension Plan Act. The plan satisfies the requirements in the act. Please refer to Note 14 for information on variable remuneration.
