Note 12 Lease agreements The Bank leases office premise in Vollsveien 2A and 2B in Lysaker and parking lots nearby. The lease agreements expires 31 December 2023. See also note 12 for further information regarding the right-of-use assets. The bank has entered into an agreement for lease of new office premises from July 2023. The lease term is until January 2031 and annual rent for the new office premises is NOK 3.6 million. This lease is not included in rights-of-use assets and lease liabilities as at 31 December 2022. The bank has no short-term leases or leases where the underlying asset has a low value.
