The Bank’s internal objective is to have LCR og NSFR of minimum 125% and 115% respectively. The Bank’s leverage ratio as at 31 December 2022 was 14.9% (31 December 2020: 15.5%). The Bank’s regulatory Pillar 1 and Pillar 2 minimum in 2022 were capital adequancy 17.6% (2021: 17.1%), core capital 19.1% (2021: 18.6%) and total capital 21.1% (2021: 20.6%). These capital requirements includes a Pillar 2 requirement of 6.5 % (2021: 6.5 %) and a counter cyclic requirement of 1.1% (2021: 0.6%). The Bank’s regulatory minimum for leverage ratio equals 5% (2021: 5%).
